Ollie Leon Jackson

Departed this life February 23, 2013. Ollie Leon(O. J.) Jackson Jr. of Richmond. He is survived by one daughter, Toni Jackson Hamlin; two sons, Frizell Barbour and Jamel Manning; four grandchildren; Jayla and Ginger Barbour, Parker Hamlin and Melana Manning; one sister, Velva Brown; one brother, James Edward Shaw Jr.; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Santana Manning; one son-i- law, Ancell Hamlin; one sister-in-law, Carolyn Shaw; one brother-in-law, Francis Brown; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Friday. Funeral services will be held Saturday 1PM at Trinity Baptist Church, 2811 Fendall Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. A. Lincoln James(pastor). Rev. Kenneth Barbour eulogy. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Saturday.
