Departed this life March 12, 2011. Mrs. Rosa C. Hill of Richmond. She is survived by her devoted husband, Herbert L. Hill; three children; Geraldine(Fred) Watkins of Baltimore, Maxine(Johnnie) McNeil and Wanda Hill; three grandchildre;n Christopher, Crystal and Centell McNeil; two great grandchildren, Ferniqua and Kristopher McNeil; one sister, Virginia Haskins; four sisters-in-law, Rosa Lee Giles and Lena, Sarah Jane and Fannie Rose Hill; three brothers-in-law, Wendell Haskins and James and Charlie Hill; a host of devoted nieces, among them, Louise Smith; nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Ave. where funeral services will be held 12 Noon Saturday. Interment private. Elder Lionell Burton officiating. Family and friends assemble at the chapel 11:45AM Saturday.
