Departed this life August 31, 2011. Marlon Short of Richmond. He is survived by two sons, Marlon and Rashad Short; two sisters, Carolyn Cooper and Sheila Short; five aunts; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one brother-in-law, Frederick Lee Cooper, a special friend Judith Parham and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11AM. Rev. Diane Brown off. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Thursday.
