Elizabeth Brown Ferguson

Ferguson, Departed this life December 3, 2007. Mrs. Elizabeth Brown Ferguson of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, John M. Ferguson Sr., three sons, John M. Jr., Lindsay E. and Robert E. Ferguson. She is survived by one daughter, Wilnette F. Jones; fourteen grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two sisters, Helen B. Simms and Myrtle B. Brown; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters- in- law, Merlena and Geraldine Ferguson; one sister- in- law, Marcellyn B. Brown and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30P.M. on Friday. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 12 noon at Second Baptist Church, located at 1400 Idlewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior funeral time. Dr. James Harris off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45A.M. Saturday. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Second Baptist Church building fund.
