Thornton, Departed this life November 3, 2008. Mrs. Pauline Thornton of Richmond. She is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years Leon W. Thornton; three children, Leon Jr(Fern), Sheila M. and Andre J. Thornton; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, John(Mary) and Marvin(Pamela) Harris; one aunt, Magnolia Gary; one uncle, Hubert Turner; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Marie Thornton; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6PM to 7:30PM on Friday and where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11AM. Dr. Herbert Plummer off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Saturday.
