Thomas, Departed this life August 20, 2009. William Thomas Sr. of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Gail Thomas. He is survived by his wife, Edith Thomas; two sons, William E. Jr. and Kirk S. Thomas; two grandchildren, Kenya Griffin and Surina Pleasants; eleven great grandchildren; one brother, Randolph Thomas; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Alice Thomas; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11AM. Dr. Ricardo Brown off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Wednesday.
