Departed this life January 25th, 2021. Alvesta Stewart, age 71, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Paulette Stewart; his children, Mariama Stewart and Levi Stewart(Diane); five grandchildren; one sister, JoAnn Nelson Hooks(Anthony); and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday 10:30AM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:15AM Thursday . The governor’s guidance on social distancing will be applied.
