Barbara Eneze St. Louis, affectionately known as “Sister,” departed this life on November 7, 2021.  She is preceded in death by one daughter, Tracy St. Louis, two sisters, Judy and Annette Neptune, and husband, Gordon St. Louis.  She is survived by three daughters, Trudy Booker, Allisa Bubb and Rashada St. Louis; two brothers, Allan Neptune and Edson Marshall; sister, Clarinda Santiago; Albert Vidale (father of eldest daughter Trudy); several nieces, nephews and cousins; 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; relatives of the Lawson and  Neptune families; and other beloved relatives and friends.
