Departed this life April 1st, 2023. Mrs. Barbara Starks, age 71, of Richmond, She is survived by one daughter, Chasitity Starks; one sister, Joyce Young; two nieces, Dr. Brandy Young-Gquamana(Putuma) and Alicia Griggs-Young; a host of cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Starks can be viewed Sunday from 11AM to 6PM and where funeral services will be held Monday at 11AM. Bishop Dexter Cannon off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Monday.
