He is survived by loving wife, Veronica Dodson; one son, Bernard Lee Dodson Jr.; seven grandchildren; Mother, Mrs. Ann Dodson King(Wiley); one step sister, Tracey Hodge; step brother, Wiley R. King Jr(Tivonis); one aunt, Barbara Edwards; one great aunt, Leola Wood; mother- in- law, Ella Jefferson; two sisters- in- law, Lashell and Joanne Jefferson; three brothers- in- law, Joey Jefferson(Tabatha) and Joseph Alexander and Clifton Jones(Tracy); several cousins and other relatives and friends among them Alesia Robertson and Bridget Jones. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home where Mr. Dodson can be viewed all day Thursday and where funeral services will be held Friday August 12 at 11AM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the chapel 10:45AM Friday.
