Biff L. Rogers, age 63, of Richmond, departed this life on June 28, 2025. He is survived by one sister, Belinda L. Rogers; one brother, Barry Rogers; two aunts, Anne Rogers and Claudette Crisp; nieces and nephews, Bianca L. Rogers, Brooke L. Rogers, Bryson L. Rogers and Milani S. Rogers-Bowers; a host of cousins; other relatives and friends.
Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mr. Rogers can be viewed on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 10:00am to 8:00pm, and where funeral services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11:00am. Interment, Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 10:45am on Friday.
