Isabelle Blackwell

Departed this life January 8^th, 2023.  Mrs.  Isabelle Blackwell, age 91, of Richmond.  She is survived by her husband, Stuart Blackwell Sr.;  three sons, Glenn Sr.(Ellen), Larry(Theresa) and Stuart Jr.(Tameka) Blackwell;  eight grandchildren;  a  host of great grandchildren;  one sister, Irene Williams;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  one sister- in- law, Judy Britt;  one brother- in- law, William Blackwell(Maude Bright) and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs.  Blackwell will be able to be viewed Thursday from 10AM to 8PM  and where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM.  Dr.  Ricardo Brown off.  Interment Mt.  Calvary Cemetery.
