Brenda Elaine Archer, a beloved figure in the Richmond community, passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on June 21, 1966, in Richmond, Brenda was known for her bubbly personality that lit up every room she entered. Her infectious laughter and great sense of humor earned her a reputation as a source of joy and light in the lives of those around her.
Brenda was a proud graduate of Richmond Public Schools. Throughout her life, she cultivated a love for various interests including cuisine, shopping, and fashion. Brenda's passion for life was matched only by her big heart, as she consistently went above and beyond to help anyone in need. Her church home was New Deliverance Tabernacle, where Pastor Winfree resides.
She is survived by her devoted brother, Kenneth Archer, and her cherished nephews, Keron Archer and Anthony Lockett (Bud). Brenda's legacy also lives on through her three nieces, Talasia, Taniya, and Tashira Lewis. She is further remembered by her aunt, Pearl Woolridge, and a host of relatives and friends, including her dear companions Karen Pettus and Berlinda Craddock.
Brenda is preceded in death by her loving parents, Virginia and Franklin Archer, brother Roger Archer and niece Tiffany Lewis. The memories of her uplifting spirit and unwavering kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
