Brian Wayne Dyer

Brian W. Dyer, age 63, of Richmond, departed this life on August 30, 2025. He is survived by his son, Christian A. Dyer; his mother, Wilnette Dyer; one aunt, Kathy Dyer Banks; one uncle, Harry Nevels; one niece, Renee Dyer; one nephew, Nikos Dyer; his life partner, Taryn Blount; a host of cousins, among them, Lisa Washington; other relatives and friends.

 Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where the family will receive friends on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street, where his remains will lie in state, one hour prior to the funeral time. Dr. Earl Brown and Dr. Ricardo Brown, Pastors. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church on Tuesday at 10:45am.
