Carl Jerome Banks

Carl Banks, known best to his family and friends as "Boo", walked into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on July 15, 2023 at his home in Richmond, Virginia.

Carl was employed at Croaker Spot for years and Legend's Bar and Grill both in Richmond. Carl enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Some of Boo's hobbies were cooking and dancing. He enjoyed listening and watching documentaries and educating himself on everything and anything. Other hobbies were listening to old and new school music. Carl never hesitated to help anyone and offered the best advice he could actually give. Most of all he loved spending his time with his life partner, Pamela. Carl will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. He was the kind of man that anyone would be proud to call son, brother, husband and friend.

Carl was born on August 19, 1968 in Buckingham, Virginia to Inez Banks and Nemo Banks. He was preceded in death by his mother, Inez Banks.

He leaves to cherish his memory his life partner, Pamela Perry, sister Angela Reid, brother, Rodney Banks, brother, Nemo Banks all of Richmond, Virginia and a host of nieces , nephews and family and friends.
