Carl Leon Johnson

Departed this life October 7th, 2025. Carl “Boochie” Johnson, age 63, of Richmond. He is survived by four children Deontay Webster, Chelsea Carr, Warren Braxton Jr. and Jeanelle Riddick(Paul); two sisters Debora Johnson-Seabrook and Carlette Brown; four brothers Darryl Johnson Sr.(Wanda), Rodney Brown, Carlton Brown, and Leonadias Brown; two aunts Aretha Curtis and Jean Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins among them two devoted Darryl Johnson Jr. and DaShiya Johnson; and other relatives and friends among them his fiancé Odessia Braxton. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Johnson can be viewed Sunday from 10AM to 6PM. Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, 4247 E. Creight Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Lance Watson Sr.(pastor) Rev.
