Carolyn Byrd Johnson

Mrs. Carolyn Byrd Johnson, age 77, of Richmond, departed this life on September 22, 2025. She is preceded in death by one grandson, Jarron Johnson. She is survived by one daughter, Kellie Johnson; four sons, John Johnson (Natachia), Thomas Johnson, Darron Byrd and Joseph Johnson; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Vernell Moore and Shirley Byrd; one brother, Melvin Byrd; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 3:30pm. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 3:15pm on Saturday.
