Cecelia Booker

Mrs. Cecelia Booker, age 68, of Richmond, departed this life on July 21, 2025.  She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Rosa “Granny” Covington. She is survived by two daughters, Shevonne Booker and Shemisha Booker; four grandchildren, Khaliq Wibish,  Shemar, Faith and Eunique Booker; one great-grandson, Jo’siah Amir Jackson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Private Interment will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
