Clara Dean

Departed this life November 7th, 2021. Mrs. Clara Dean, age 70, of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Dickerson; four grandchildren, Jessica Bowman(Matthew Jr.) and  Brittney(Jordan), Caralos Jr. & Briana Dickerson; five great-grandchildren, Jordan Lowry Jr., Bryson Lowry, and Zara, Deliah and Aria Bowman, five sisters, Phyllis Smith, Frances Carter, Patricia Sears(Michael), Nancy Allen, and Evelyn Cooper(James); one brother, Daniel Carter(Delphine); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sister- in-law, Edith Carter; brother- in -law, Warwick Taylor Sr. and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Dean can be viewed Friday from 10AM to 8PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday 1PM at Frances Redwood Community Center, 27294 North James Madison Highway, New Canton, Virginia 23123, where remain will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Interment New Hope Baptist Church, Cemetery, Buckingham, Virginia. Family and friends assemble at the Redwood Center 12:45PM Saturday.
