Departed this life on July 25th, 2024. Clarence “Skull” Carter, age 77, of Richmond. He is survived by one sister, Emily Carter and one brother, Ellis Beverly(Peggy); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Monday at 11 AM at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home at 10:45 AM Monday.
