Cleola Parnell

Mrs. Cleola Parnell, age 82, of Richmond, departed this life on October 4, 2025. She is preceded in death by one grandson, Kemod Parnell. She is survived by two daughters, Wanda Parnell and Wendy Parnell Price (Larry); two sons, Horace Parnell (Tonya) and Spanode Parnell (Tacosha); eight grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; one sister, Alice Bethea; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends. 

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mrs. Parnell can be viewed on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, 1P:00pm, at Swansboro Baptist Church, 3801 Midlothian Tpk., where remains will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral time. Rev. Carlos Garrett, Pastor. Internment, Bennettsville, South Carolina. Family and friends are asked to assemble at church at 12:45pm on Tuesday.
