David Vincent Frazier

Departed this life January 8th, 2023. David Vincent Frazier, age 73, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Valerie Frazier. He is survived by two stepdaughters, Shardae Hailey and Arthenia Rachel; one sister, Brenda Holcey; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue Friday, February 3rd, at 3PM. Dr. Theodore Brown off. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45PM Friday Feb. 3rd.
