Deborah Ann Jones, sadly passed away on November 14, 2022, at 73. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her. She was a strong woman of faith and strived for excellence in all her endeavors. She was a proud member of Alpha Kapa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She served 20+ years as the Director of the WIC Program for the state of New Jersey and founder of the National Association of Multi-Cultural Women. She was predeceased by her Mother, Nettie Mae Brown Edmond; Father, Jake C. Jones; and Brother, Charles Brown. She is survived by her brothers, Rufus Brown and Terry Brown; former husband, David E. Napier; their 2 children, David A. Napier and Neidra Harris (Anthony J. Harris, Jr.); 5 Grandchildren, Amirah Harris, Jordynn Harris, Lauryn Harris, Zoe Harris, and Kaleb Harris; and several cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday December 2, 2022 at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
