Deborah Norrell

Departed this life March 2nd, 2023. Ms. Deborah Lorraine Norrell was born on August 15, 1967 to the late, Gloria Ann Norrell and John Wesley Lincoln, Sr., in Richmond, Virginia. Debbie, as many knew her, gained her wings on Thursday, March 2, 2023. She was preceded in death by both parents, both grandparents, and very special friends, Carmella Winston and Adrienne Bragg. She leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Darshana J. Norrell; one son, Olaujide' J. Norrell; two grandchildren, Jha'Mia A. Norrell and Saint Ah'Mir J. Hargrove; one sister, Xaviane Lincoln; two brothers, John W. Lincoln, Jr. and Joseph Lincoln; devoted aunt, Irene D. Bassett and uncle Lee T. Bassett, Sr.; cousins, Tobias Norrell, Lee T. Bassett, Jr., Dondrey Bassett, and Katrina Collins; two nieces; four nephews; two great aunts, Mary E. Jefferson and Ella Jefferson; several very close cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends; devoted friends Vera Barrett and Juanita Bullock.
