Eduardo Santee Smiley, age 65, of Richmond. departed this life on July 24, 2026. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elsie Mae Smiley & Edward Maurice Smiley; one son, Raheem Harper, sister, Lizette Marie Smiley, brothers, Larry Smiley and Antonio Smiley. He is survived by his wife, Kim Smiley; one son, Vernon Harper; three grandchildren; one sister, Levette Smiley; one brother, Miquel Smiley, bonus brothers and devoted friends, Bryon Lewis, Rev. Joe Ellison, and Forrest Lewis; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Linda Moore, two brothers-in-law, Leonard Moore and Kenneth Moore; other relatives and friends.

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mr. Smiley can be viewed on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 10:00am to 8:00pm, and where funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 3:30pm. Rev. Joe Ellison, Officiating. Interment private. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 3:15pm on Thursday.
