Eileen Rose Dietterick

Eileen Rose Diettrick, born on September 22, 1953, in Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2025. Eileen was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, known for her caring nature and deep love for her family.

Eileen graduated from Central Columbia High School in Bloomsberg, PA, and dedicated many years of her professional life to serving as a secretary at Onslow Hospital in North Carolina, where she was appreciated for her hard work and commitment to her colleagues and the healthcare community.

In addition to her professional achievements, Eileen was a woman of many interests and hobbies. She enjoyed bowling and crosstitch, and she cherished the moments spent sharing laughter and joy while playing board games with her loved ones. These activities reflected her warm personality and her desire to bring people together.

Eileen is survived by her two daughters, Rebecca Mina and Jessica Giudicessi (Gerald), along with eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She will also be remembered fondly by her brother, Steve Livziey (Donna), and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends who were lucky enough to know her and experience her kindness.

Eileen was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Dennis C. Diettrick Sr., and her son, Dennis C. Diettrick Jr. Their memories will forever be interwoven with the legacy of love she leaves behind.
