Eleanor Mae Payne

Eleanor Mae Payne (Tina) was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandma, great grandma, aunt and loving companion. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. She retired from Virginia Homes after 13 years of service. She loved spending time with her family. She loved to sing, dance and listen to music (Whitney Houston). She was proceeded in death by her father William T. Payne and loving companion Marvin L Tabb. She leaves to cherish her loving memories her mother, Eleanor A Payne (Sissy); her loving and devoted children, 

LaTesha and LaTasha Williams and LaToya Payne; her sister, Gladys Payne, her 10 grandkids, 6 great grandkids, one nephew along with a great niece and nephew and a host of relatives and friends.
