Departed this life December 17th, 2023. Mrs. Elsie Fox, age 72, of Richmond. She is survived by her husband, Eddie Fox; two daughters, Laurie Jackson(Reginald) and Billie Jean Marie Fox; two step sons, Edward Fox(Kourtney) and Karl Fox(La’Shawn); nine grandchildren; two great granddaughters; mother, Sarah B. Brown; three sisters, Frechena Howard, Loretta Taylor(Greg) and Sandra Keitt; two aunts; one uncle; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Fox can be viewed Thursday from 10AM to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Friday December 29th at 1:30PM. Rev. Karl Fox off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 1:15PM Friday.
