Departed this life August 16th, 2021. Evandus Whitaker Jr., age 59, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by one son, Evandus Whitaker III. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Whitaker; one daughter, Britain Dodson(Marquis); two grandchildren, Marquis II and Sanih Dodson; two sisters, Yolanda Whitaker and Andrea Murphy(Jesse); two brothers, Daryl and David(Cassandra) Whitaker; one aunt, Juanita Holmes; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; mother- in- law, Lola Mae Harmon; one sister- in- law, Cheryl Harmon Kowry; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 1PM. Rev. Theodore Brown off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Monday.
