Florester Delores Jefferson

Departed this life May 27th, 2023. Mrs. Florester Jefferson, age 87, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Jefferson. She is survived by two daughters, Joyce King Smith and Valerie McNeal; two sons, Claude King(Nancy) and Maurice King Sr.; seven grandchildren; a host of great and great great grandchildren;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins among them a devoted Barbara Tyler; one sister- in- law, Beverly King; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Jefferson can be viewed Saturday from 10AM to 6PM and where the family will receive friends from 5PM to 6PM.. Funeral services will be held Sunday 2PM at funeral home. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 1:45PM Sunday.
