Frances Logan Baxter Sprwell

Departed this life January 9th, 2024. Mrs. Frances Sprwell, age 91, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by husband, Charlie Sprwell. She is survived by her son, Bobby Baxter; four grandchildren, Dexter Thomas, LaTonya Baxter, LaShirl Howlett(Ronald) and Arlita Cooper(Michael);  four great grandchildren, Ashley and Brittany Howlett, Omari Baxter and Victoria Crawford; one sister, Bertha Dow;  two brothers, John W. Spann Sr.(Rose) and Roland Baxter; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends among them her god children, Donalyn Bass and Sandra Finney; supportive loving friends, Hal and Allyson Waller and their sons, Henry and John, and her friend, Felicia Burrell. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Sprwell can be viewed Wednesday from 10AM to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10AM. Rev. Reuben Boyd off. Interment Dale Memorial Garden. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 9:45AM Thursday.
