Departed this life January 7th, 2021. Mrs. Francine Hall, age 72, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Jo Anna Green and one son, David Green. She is survived by her husband, Alvin Hall; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; four step daughters; one step son; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Hall can be viewed Tuesday from 10AM to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1PM. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Wednesday. The governor’s guidance on social distancing will applied.
