George H. Massey

Departed this life November 2nd, 2021. George H. Massey, age 87, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carolyn C. Massey; one devoted and loving daughter, Monique W. Massey; loving twin granddaughters, Simone and Sydney Smith; two nieces, Diane Morris and Sandra Crump(Albert), one nephew, Larry Morris(Anita);  cousins; one sister- in- law, Jane Talley(Wilbert); and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Massey can be viewed Wednesday from 10AM to 8PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday 11AM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Thursday.
