Georgia Mae Brockington

Departed this life February 13th, 2026. Mrs. Georgia Brockington, age 94, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Brockington Jr.; and two sons Steve and Mark Brockington. She is survived by two daughters Lynetta Brockington Thompson and Georgette Brockington Graves; one son Will Brockington; fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins among them John Garland; one sister in law Georgianna Brown; and other relatives and friends. 

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Brockington can be viewed Thursday from 10AM to 8PM. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, February 20, 2026, at Abundant Life Church of Christ, 3700 Goodell Street, where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. A. Gary Foreman(pastor). Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Friday.
