Departed this life November 12th, 2021. Mrs. Georgia R. Simmons, age 79, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Randall. She is survived by two daughters, Rosalyn Abney and Jeanette Young; one son, DeDongio D. Randall; one granddaughter, Rauiesha Lewis(Marcus); one grandson, Anthony Cooper(Chanel); four great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends Thursday from 6:30PM to 7:30PM and where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Rev. Gina Cannon and Rev. Jacques Grooms will do the eulogy. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday.
