Herman Otis Motley, age 86, of Richmond, departed this life on July 27, 2025. He is survived by two brothers, William Motley Jr. (Cora) and Jerome Motley; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Carol Motley; other relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 1:00pm. Rev. Sylvester Turner, officiating. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 12:45pm on Friday.
