Miss India Talia Chatmon, age 26, of Richmond, departed this life on April 1, 2026. She is survived by her mother, Tamara Chatmon; four sisters, Courtney Allen, Arlitha Otey, Malia Allen and Cierra Bolden; one brother, Hezekiah Laws; five aunts; other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 3:00pm, at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 2:45pm on Friday.
