Mrs. Inez J. Holmes of Richmond. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Holmes. She is survived by her loving sister, Betty Hicks; several nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Velma Washington; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home at 12:45 PM on Tuesday.
