Mr. Izell Ormond Jr., age 63, of Richmond, VA, departed this life on March 10, 2024. Izell is preceded in death by his father, Izell Ormond Sr. two brothers, Terry L. Ormond, and Geno Ormond. He is survived by his mother, Barbara A. Mosby; two brothers, Barry A. Ormond (Donna) and Jerome O. Ormond; his sister, Carolyn C. Scantlebury; and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews. Izell served in the Army for 4 years.
