Departed this life October 23rd, 2022. James E. Satchell Jr., age 86, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Delores Satchell and one son, James E. Satchell III. He is survived by two daughters, Beverly Mountain and Cynthia Patron; four grandchildren, Derron Patron, Derrick Patron, Robert Mountain Jr. and Benita Mountain; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Coleman and Alexis Satchell; four brothers, Caleb(Deloris), Melvin(Sandra), Michael and Jon(Sheryl) Satchell; a host of nieces among them a devoted Carolyn Anderson(Palmer), nephews and cousins; sisters- in- law, Yvette Pryor and  Jean Satchell and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Satchell can be viewed Tuesday from 10AM to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30PM. Rev. Dr. Alesia Johnson off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at funeral home 1:15PM Wednesday.
