Departed this life January 27th, 2021. Jerome Smith, age 79, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Bernice White Smith. He is survived by two daughters, Crystal Cosby(James) and Terry Battle(Mario); two sons ,Darick D. White(Tracey) and Jermaine L. Smith; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; niece Doris Smith; nephew Raleigh Smith and cousins; two sisters- in- law, Yvonne Smith and Dorothy Powell; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30AM. Interment private. The governor’s recommendation on social distancing will be applied. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:15AM Wednesday.
