John Hampton Jackson

John Hampton Jackson, age 79, of Richmond, departed this life on December 1, 2025. He is survived by two daughters, Relena Jackson and Ashley Townes; one son, Kevin Jackson; three grandchildren, Briana & Cameron Jackson and Zaire Spellman; two great grandchildren, Brycen and Alayah Jackson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends, among them, Barbara Foster, Nathaniel Stephens, Sabrena Townes and Kim, Kayana, Nikki and Nonye Brown. 

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where the family will receive friends on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 3:00pm to 4:00pm, and where funeral services will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 10:30am. Interment, private. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 10:15am on Monday.
