John Luther Jones Jr.

Departed this life October 27th, 2021. John Jones Jr., age 74, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Shelton, and two sons, Thomas and Ricky Shelton. He is survived by one daughter, Regina Shelton; seven grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; one sister,  Nicole Jones; one brother, Larry Jones; a host of aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law; one brother- in- law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Graveside services will be held Friday 11AM at Maury Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the cemetery 10:45AM Friday.
