John Anthony Moss

Departed this life May 4^th, 2024.  John Anthony Moss, age 74, of Richmond.  He is preceded in death by one son, Jamaal M.   Moss.  He is survived by two sons, Marquis(Tenniele) and Vaughan(Nakia) Moss; two grandchildren, Marquis Jr.  and Morgan Moss;  two sisters, Jackie Moss and Claudia Clemmons;  four brothers, James ”Butch” Moss(Laverne), Kenneth Moss, Michael Moss(Jean) and David Moss;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends Friday from 6:30PM to 7:30PM, 5/17/2024.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, 5/18/2024, 1PM at Second Baptist Church, 1400 Idlewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.  Dr.  James Harris(pastor) off.  Interment private.  Family and friends assemble at the church  12:45PM Saturday.
