Joseph Ernest Howard, age 72, of Richmond, formerly of Chicago, departed this life on February 21, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Bernadette Howard; one sister-in-law, Dr. Badiyyah Waajid(Tariq) and Addie Jones; other relatives and friends, among them, loving nieces and nephew. A Private memorial service will be held at a later date.
