Joseph Leon Williams, age 63, of Richmond, departed this life on September 1, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Diane Williams; four children, Kevin Snead, Joseph Williams III (Shania), Tiffany Motley and Brittany Williams; six grandchildren; one brother, Mark Williams (Wanda); a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends. 

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mr. Williams can be viewed on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 11:00am to 5:30pm, and where funeral services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 11:00am. Interment private. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 10:45am on Monday.
