Departed this life May 16th, 2021. Ms. Joyce Eugertha Dean, age 70 of Richmond. She is survived by one sister, Bettie Dean Hill(James Sr.) one brother, George Dean Jr.(Deborah); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Wednesday 3PM at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Ave. Rev. James Hill Sr. officiating. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45PM Wednesday. Masks are required. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
