Miss Joyce Diane Johnson, age 55, of Richmond, departed this life on July 13, 2026.She is preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Ann Johnson, one sister, Jill Johnson, and one brother, Pastor Charles Johnson Jr. She is survived by her father, Charles Johnson Sr., five sisters, Joanne, Jackie, Janice, Jewel and Jenee' Johnson; six brothers, Clarence, Carl (Debbie), Clinton (Dawn), Calvin, Christopher and Corey (Robin) Johnson; five aunts, Helen Smith, Joan Robinson (Dennis), Jennifer Jenkins, Janet Boyd and Julie Jenkins; four uncles, Jerome Johnson, Nathan Jr., Samuel and Michael Jenkins; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends, among them a devoted, Chawanda Watkins.

 Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Miss Johnson can be viewed on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 11:00am, at Liberation Church, 5501 Midlothian Tnpk, where remains will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral time. Pastor Jay Patrick. Apostle Brenda Conyers, Eulogist. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:30am on Friday.
