Katie Elizabeth Briggs

Katie H. Briggs was born on February 22, 1945, to the late John H. Higgs ad Leacy W. Higgs. She departed this life on January 8, 2024, in Fairfield, California. She leaves to cherish her memories 2 devoted sons, Anthony Jackson and Cedric Briggs; daughter April Higgs; sister, Shirley H. Rhodes (Louis); and a host of loving relatives and friends. 

Viewing will be held February 2, 2024. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 20024 at Joseph Jenkins Funeral Home at 12:00 pm. Interment at Riverview Cemetery.
