Departed this life July 21st, 2021. Kenneth Tinsley, age 32, of Richmond. He is survived by two children, Michael and Londyn Tinsley; mother, Sandra Tinsley and father, Kenneth Pollard(Deborah); one sister, Kendra Pollard; three aunts, Theolia Vaughan, Yvonne Samuel and Marshell Robinson(Robert); one uncle, Charles Jones; one nephew, Dychonne Anderson Jr.; a host of cousins among them Lawrence Samuel III(Tequila); and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Tinsley can be viewed Sunday Monday from and where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1PM. Rev. Silas Oliver Jr. off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Tuesday.
